Natal & Synastry Astrology: The Solution to Venus Square Saturn in Love – Part Two
February 20, 2011 | Filled under Love & Relations, Astrology, Aspects, Natal, Synastry |
The lesson of Venus Square Saturn is to be responsible, discipline enthusiasm, yet care about the feelings of others and yourself. Let the love grow slowly and deeply yet nurture it all the same. Love, being in-love, and first love feelings can be delicious; however, if your or the other person’s heart is not open to love, it won’t happen or it will happen with a lot of tension.

I still want to publish a 2012 blog post but I haven’t had the interest to complete it yet. And I wanted to publish it before publishing anything else but due to how many (in my mind) negative thoughts about Mars Rx (such as inactivity, lethargy, lack of motivation, accidents, standstills, etc..) that’s been said,…

August 30, 2011 | Filled under 10th, Houses |
“Why fit in when you were born to stand out? – Dr. Seuss” The tenth house is the House that shows off our public self. It is the house of our career and future. It’s our inner depth manifested externally. It’s where truth and lies intermingle. The tenth house is where others will allow or…
Part One: An Introduction to the 6th House, Sixth House Astrology Series
April 15, 2011 | Filled under Astrology, 6th, Houses |
The sixth house is the house where things are fixed and done. It’s the house of solids, things that are tangible and that can be held, seen, factually verifiable yet often unheard and unrecognized. This is the house of body as a *machine*, the body as a *tool* to get things done. And sometimes that body or work breaks down and we need to repair and re-build and this is the house where we take care of that. The sixth house sets the stage for work to *begin*.

Do you have the Perfect Personality?! :)
December 15, 2010 | Filled under Life, Astrology, Planets, Zodiac Star signs |
What attributes make up the perfect personality? In astrology it may have to do with having the home and perhaps exalted sign ruled by the corresponding luminary or planet for EVERY placement in your natal chart. So say you have a Leo Sun, that would mean your personality of being confident and creative is a…
Astrological Contact Types in Planetary Aspect (now including Sesquiquadrate)
November 23, 2010 | Filled under Astrology, Learning, Aspects |
In astrology there’s a contact type or energy that form between planets / luminaries (Sun, Moon) and all together this creates what is called an aspect. When we first meet someone, an immediate first impression forms based on a gut reaction. We notice something similar or different about them and we instantaneously decide if we like…
Best Friendships, 7th House Beginnings…
November 5, 2010 | Filled under Life, Astrology, 12th, 7th, Aquarius, Self-disclosure |
I’m not the type to have many mutually Libran 7th house “committed” & Scorpio 8th house “deep” friendships but that’s generally what I desire.
In fact, most of my friendships are the Aquarian “superficial”, “aquantaince”, “groups & networks” 11th house type that generally skim the surface and keep things light, distant, and impersonal yet topics of discussion are deep, optimistic, warm, and spiritual.
There’s nothing wrong with 11th house relationships and in fact, they are low maintanance, committment free, easy-on-the-mind, and full of learning opportunities; however, every once in awhile I yearn for something more.
Astrology Language: Aspect Delineation, Reading Aspects
October 13, 2010 | Filled under Astrology, Learning, Aspects |
Delineation of planets aspecting each other is like creating a real-life story or message from an astrological term such as Venus Square Neptune.
It can be as simple as starting with the planet furthest away (Neptune); then moving to the connection / aspect (square), followed by the activated planet (Venus).

Ever since I can remember I was into astrology; however, I didn’t start studying it with great interest (i.e. buy a book and practice on friends, family, and co-workers) until the early 1990’s. Then during the brief appearance of Uranus Aries in the Summer of May/June 2010 an opposition was created with my Natal Uranus…
